Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. John is a licensed plumber and gas fitter, and is fully insured.
What areas do you cover?
Hillarys and the suburbs north of it, within about 20 km. We don't cover suburbs south of Hillarys.
What hours do you work?
Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm. We don't do emergency or after-hours call-outs.
How quickly will you get back to me?
You'll get a text back as soon as you send a quote request, and John replies himself as soon as he sees it.
Do you do electrical work?
No. For jobs that need an electrician, John works with a licensed sparky.
Plumbing Repairs
Do you do emergency call-outs?
No. John works Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm, and doesn't do emergency or after-hours call-outs.
Building Maintenance
Do you do electrical work?
No. Building maintenance doesn't include wiring or electrical work. For jobs that need it, John works with a licensed electrician.
